From September 2021, we will be offering a range of courses in our purpose built on-site butchery room.
Whether you’re wanting to stuff your own sausages, or learn the carcass cuts both traditional and new, our small butchery team are here to help you learn.
Starting from the basics of how our animals are reared, we explain each step that’s taken to get our 100% Grass-Fed meat from our pasture to your plate. You’ll learn how to transform a quantity of meat into a range of products, and get a sneak peek into the inner working of Grazers.
Serious about sausages?
One of the courses which we’re most looking forward to offering is our complete sausage-making course. After a sufficient amount of sausage-related innuendos, you’ll be able to take home your very own batch of sausages in your preferred flavour, and leave with a wealth of knowledge about how food gets from the farm to your fridge.
We guarantee a humour-filled few hours whilst you learn the age-old art form of sausage-twisting!
