Cut from the belly joint, these pork belly slices have a generous layer of fat which makes for incredibly succulent and flavour-filled meat with a crispy crackling edge. We find they are best when pan-fried, before transferring to a hot oven for around 40 minutes.

All our pork is reared to the highest animal welfare and environmental standards. Our pigs are kept in very low numbers to allow them the space that our chosen breed prefers. At Grazers we do not intensively rear our happy pigs, they instead are left to grow at a natural rate with a natural diet, both of which create high quality meat. To the exacting specifications of our artisan Butcher, all cuts are butchered by hand, and prepared for you with a great deal of care and attention.
