Click & Collect
How it Works
Our entire meat selection is available to Click & Collect from the farm every Friday and Saturday. Simply add your selections to your basket, select ‘Collection’ in the checkout window, and choose a date and time from the calendar and drop down menus provided.
Once you have placed your order and paid through our secure online payment system, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the contents of your order and your chosen collection date and time.
On the date of collection we’ll be busily getting your order bagged up, ready for you to collect at your chosen time slot. Once you arrive at our shop, all you need to do is let us know your name and we will bring your order through from our chilled storage room, bagged and ready for you to take home and enjoy.

How it works
We offer nationwide delivery every Thursday – once you’ve added your chosen items to your basket, simply select one of these days from the delivery calendar at the checkout.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the contents of your order; as soon as we’ve processed your order, you will receive a confirmation email or text from our delivery service, DHL, detailing the date of delivery.
Deliveries can take place between 8am and 6pm.
On the day of delivery you will receive a one hour delivery window and (providing you have opted to receive one), you will also receive a ‘You’re next’ notification which will let you know when the driver is 10 minutes away.
We will instruct DHL to leave your order in a safe place and not return the item to their depot.
Where and when do we deliver
We offer delivery across mainland Britain every Thursday. Given that all our produce is perishable, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of our produce to areas outside the mainland e.g. Northern Ireland, the Highlands or the Channel Islands.
There is a one-off flat-rate of £10.95 which will be added to your basket at the checkout.
How it’s packaged
At Grazers our goal is to reduce waste, which includes our delivery packaging.
We have given our packaging a great deal of thought, and have laboured over minimising our non-recyclable packaging, while still being able to deliver our produce to your door safely and successfully.
All of our meat is vacuum packed, which allows you to keep it in the freezer until you need it, and helps to reduce the potential for food wastage at home.
The inner polystyrene box which contains your order can be easily broken down into your bin or reused as storage or packaging. Similarly, the freezer packs inside can be either recycled or re-used as you see fit.
Our cardboard outer packaging, brown tape and freezer packs are 100% kerbside recyclable. To recycle the freezer packs, simply cut them open and pour the liquid inside down the drain, then place the plastic into your recycling bin.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for our products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please read our Terms and Conditions Policy and follow the guidance provided.
The Grazers Farm Shop is open every Friday 10am-4pm, and every Saturday 9am-12:30pm.
Alongside our 100% Grass-Fed, sustainably reared meats, we stock some fantastic products from small and local businesses. We have all the essential pantry products like milk, flour, eggs and cereal on our shelves, along with freshly baked bread, sweet treats, savouries and a delicious selection of small-batch preserves.
