The use of our website www.grazersofashbyparva.co.uk is as a condition of your agreement with our following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions and your use of this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This law does not affect your statutory rights.

If at any point we make changes to our terms and conditions, we will notify you by email and/or a notice on our homepage.

Prices, descriptions and availability of goods

Grazers of Ashby Parva is regularly reviewing the prices on the website, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the customer will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracies or errors in our product descriptions, including pictures, information and prices.

If an order has been placed which contains products that are currently unavailable, a full refund of the product will be processed. The refunded amount will appear back into the account you initially paid with, please allow up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear.  Grazers of Ashby Parva are not responsible for any discrepancies regarding the processing of a refund.

Grazers of Ashby Parva is an independent, small-scale farm, therefore all our products are subject to availability. Any order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we also maintain the right to decline orders without explanation.

All prices on www.grazersofashbyparva.co.uk are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).

Once an order has been generated we cannot process any amendments.

Our products will be sent in boxes directly to you and insulated which maintains a constant temperature up to 36 hours. Additionally, cooling ice pads will be used to extend the low temperature. So your meat stays frozen until it reaches your door.

If you are not home to receive your box, our couriers will leave the goods in your designated place that has been stated by you. Note that if no delivery message is left, the box will be returned to the depot and could result in the products being unsuitable for consumption. Grazers of Ashby Parva will label the packaging requesting that it be left in a safe place. Grazers of Ashby Parva trading as S&J Lacey Farm will not be liable for any products wasted in relation to the delivery note.

We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands.

In the event of a delivery not being delivered within the quoted time, through direct customer contact with a third party courier, Grazers of Ashby Parva shall not be liable for any losses, costs damages or expenses incurred to either the customer or a third party.

By opting for our ‘Click&Collect’ service you agree to collect your order from Grazers of Ashby Parva on your selected date and time. Grazers of Ashby Parva reserves the right to change selected dates and times with  48 hours notice.

Payment & Security

The security of your financial information is very important to us. All of our online payments will be processed through our secure payment service provider to ensure the highest possible level of security and fraud protection available for all of our customers. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in order to encrypt sensitive information during the payment process. We currently accept all of the major credit & debit cards. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Cancellations, Complaints and Refunds

You can cancel your order within two hours after your online purchase. We can not cancel an order after this period.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order from us. If you have any problems, or if for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Refunds or product replacements are made entirely at our discretion.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us via our  Contact Us page. We will do our very best to respond to your complaint as quickly as possible.

We use Cookies containing the user’s data, these are stored on your computer and used to remember your identity and to enable your shopping basket contents to be stored until your next visit.
