Perfect when served either as a roasting joint, or cooked and used for cold cuts, our gammon joints are a versatile favourite which will never fail to please. Cut from the hind leg, and boned and rolled for your convenience, our naturally reared gammon joints are dry-cured, meaning each slice is as sweet and tender as the last. Here at Grazers we think our gammon is best when poached first, then scored, dressed with cloves and glazed with either honey or mustard before finishing off in the oven to seal in all the mouth-watering flavours.

All our pork is reared to the highest animal welfare and environmental standards. Our pigs are kept in very low numbers to allow them the space that our chosen breed prefers. At Grazers we do not intensively rear our happy pigs, they instead are left to grow at a natural rate with a natural diet, both of which create high quality meat. To the exacting specifications of our artisan Butcher, all cuts are butchered by hand, and prepared for you with a great deal of care and attention.
